Is there no Dignity in Twenty20 Cricket?

I was watching this Twenty20 Cup match between Lancashire and Yorkshire today on Star Sports. It was not LIVE so I'm guessing it was some match played a day or two ago.
Darren Lehmann (the Aussie) was in the team for Yorkshire.. Lancashire was batting. The ball went in Lehmann's direction. The fat, podgy man that he is, he made a comical run for the ball. It was kinda awkwardish. He let off 2 runs, I believe. The crowd was jeering, the commentators were laughing it out. All of a sudden, Lehmann stuck his middle finger out! Confused .. The commentators shrugged it off saying it was some sort of friendly banter.. The camera caught it. Which leads me to this question.. Is there no Discipline in 20-20 cricket? Is it good for the game at all?
Tell me people.. Would he have got off doing the same act in International Cricket? Heck NO!
He'd have been booked for dissent I'm sure.
Whats' cricket coming to these days? Crying or Very sad

This is a club game. You are getting a little precious Mr 'Cricketing Legend'.

Obviously if Darren can get a run then they must be running out of decent players to fill the sides. It is about time the administration got behind up & coming talent rather than wheeling in these old croaks from the retirement home.
