On a separate note, Does anyone know if the Indian Cricket League has any plans for entertainment shows in between the games, like they do during the super bowl in America? I remember reading about it once when the entire plan was being hatched or that it was very much part of the entire idea (cricket is fun, blah blah)

I think that would really bring out the best "circus" (which is not my term to describe this!)

I personally think it is a great time for Indian cricket to benefit from the momentum, otherwise the ICL will be just an empty bark

If you really think that girls don't play cricket then please actually watch some PROPER womens/girls cricket. Ok we get a bad name with dodgy old women playing or stupid dont care women. But girls can be as good as boys (Im as good as any of the lads on my team) and please give us the respect it deserves- girls in boys cricket have guts, and its always good to see a lads face when they get bowled by a girl! XD

Yes, girls who play in boys cricket teams do have guts, I'd like to see a boy play in a team full of girls in, say, netball (even though I don't really like netball).

you are so stereotypical about girls and cricket. i have played county cricket for warwickshire since i was 9, and have just recently been on tour to south africa, and your just sayingg girls in general can not play cricket. think again. those girls in the picture, especially the top ones, have by the looks of it never played criicket before, and your taking the piss out of them because it looks like theyve missed a shot. have you ever missed a shot? or got bowled out? do you rememeber when you first picked up a cricket bat? how would you like it if someone looked at you and laughed and went he cant play cricket! i agree some girls are useless at cricket but still, most lads are rubbish at dance, but you still get some amazingg talented dancers. nobody has put up a website saying LADS OFFICIALYY CANT DANCE!
